What happens when you choose to shop with us?
Simply email, call, visit us in store, or schedule a free quote for a time that is convenient to you.
We'll talk you through our wide-range of products and suggest ideas to fit flawlessly in your home.
Our team will measure up your project and provide you with your quotation within 24 hours.
If you're happy simply accept the quotation by contacting us and we'll arrange installation for a time that suits you. Our aim is to do this within 2 weeks.
Once complete, you'll receive a check up call to ensure everything is complete as planned. We'll then confirm the start of your 1 year workmanship guarantee.

Do not worry! Simply send us a copy of your quotation and we’ll reduce our price to match. Note the quotation must be for the exact same product and for the same amount of work.
If you know the exact product you like then great! But we still need to undertake our own measure. This is so we can be sure of the exact quantity of material we need to order. Whilst measuring, we will also check for any other areas such as whether your sub floor needs preparation. This is all for the benefit you and to make your experience as straightforward as possible.
We understand, and in reality the possibilites are endless. Come into store and we can provide you with some inspiration and design advice to help you make the right choice. We’ll also let you take home some samples to give you a true representation of what it might look like in your home.
We typically ask for 50% of payment up front followed by the remaining 50% when the works are complete and you are 100% satisfied. You pay everything through us and only us and we handle the rest. No need to worry about having to pay the fitter separately as we know you could do without the extra hassle.
We can’t advise on costings without knowing exactly what we are dealing with. We would hate to advise you of a figure which then had to be amended because we did not fully understand your requirements. It’s always best to speak to us first so we can provide you with the perfect solution.
